IT Helpdesk (IT – HD) (Non Permanent Position)
The incumbent will be responsible to Provide hardware and software support for PC/Laptop (XP and Win7), maintain and troubleshooting Windows Server (2003 and 2008) operation and provide network support
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Min Bachelor Degree (SI) in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Min of 2 years experience
- Having knowledge and experience of LAN, Windows Server, PC and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Having CCNA / CCNA Voice will be an advantage
- Having good English & interpersonal skill
- Willing to be hired as contractual basis employee for 6 months initial period.
