IT Helpdesk (IT – HD) (Non Permanent Position)

The incumbent will be responsible to Provide hardware and software support for PC/Laptop (XP and Win7), maintain and troubleshooting Windows Server (2003 and 2008) operation and provide network support

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Min Bachelor Degree (SI) in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Min of 2 years experience
• Having knowledge and experience of LAN, Windows Server, PC and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Having CCNA / CCNA Voice will be an advantage
• Having good English & interpersonal skill
• Willing to be hired as contractual basis employee for 6 months initial period.
