TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF - 1 position

• (salary starting from 4 million, depending on skills and experience. Contract based. The contract period until date of August 8,2011)
• Minimum experience: 4 years, Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University from any related major (mandatory),Excellent English communication skill (written and spoken).

Requirements:

• Have a good analytical skill to solve problems
• Good communication skill to communicate problems between user and PMU
• Wide range of knowledge about software, hardware, networks, etc
• Able to track and manage issues
• Provide users with assistance on computer hardware. software or applications.
• Help the user solve specific problems.
• Understanding the problems and conducting diagnosis.
• Escalating problems through Technical Support levels as needed.
• Issue tracking and recording in Technical Support log.
• Communicate issues and produce reports to PMU
