Investor Relation Supervisor

Task & Responsibilities

Main responsibility is to support Investor Relation function by making quarterly analysis on business unit performance including benchmark it to competitors and / or industry. Which business unit will be supervised by new employee depends on future job allocation among Investor Relation members. This job includes maintain and update data base on business units, industry, and macro economy. New employees will gradually increase his / her involvement in any projects such as analyst briefing, annual general meeting, annual reports, etc.

    * Understand the company's business operation
    * Collect data and / or information in relation to business units, industry and macro economy
    * Update data base in relation to business units, industry, and macro economy
    * Provide quarterly analysis business units
    * Provide analysis on business units performance in comparison to the peers or industry
    * Attend any regular meeting of business units and prepare minutes of meeting on any issues discussed during the meetings
    * Attend and observe any investor meetings to speed up his / her learning process in understanding Company's business operation as well as Investor Relation job
    * Attend any investor meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
    * Become a second man to lead any investor meetings

Qualification Required :

    * Preferably Male
    * Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university (overseas university would be an advantage)
    * Minimum three years experience
    * Have knowledge in accounting and / or finance (including financial analysis technics)
    * Good analytical thinking for doing in-depth analysis
    * Computer literacy (at least MS Office)
    * Good in English (preferable both in written and speaking)
    * Able to work in a team
    * Able to work under pressure
    * Should be ready dealing with investors / analyst
