Guest Relation Officer
Qualification :
- Male/Female, max 30 year old
- Diploma degree from any major (preferably from communication or hotel Front office)
- 2 year experience in in equivalent position as GRO in service industry
- Neat, good looking, and grooming
- Familiar to operate computer hotel system and booking engine
- Familiar with Front Office policies and procedures and special rate & programs
- Active English (preferably able to speak France and Germany)
- Computer literate: word, excel, and power point
- Good communication skill
- Attention to detail
- Tend to customer complaints and queries in a pleasant and level-headed manner
