Senior HR Generalist

(Bali)

Responsibilities:
To support our growth, we are currently in search of an energetic and committed individual to fill in the position of a Senior HR Generalist. You will lead a team of two and report directly to the HR Director. You will be assisting the HR Director in formulating and implementing HR policies as well as the compensations & benefits, while taking care of the employee relations.

Requirements:
General Requirements for the position:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position in multinational company.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Willing to relocate, work and live in Bali.

Specific Requirements:

• Have strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Have excellent English proficiency.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner to computer systems.
• Able to work independently with good problem solving skills.
• Have a strong analytical ability and negotiation skills.
• Have a good personality, self motivated and able to work under pressure, trustworthy and have high sense of loyalty.
