TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF - 1 position
- (salary starting from 4 million, depending on skills and experience. Contract based. The contract period until date of August 8,2011)
- Minimum experience: 4 years, Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University from any related major (mandatory),Excellent English communication skill (written and spoken).
Requirements:
- Have a good analytical skill to solve problems
- Good communication skill to communicate problems between user and PMU
- Wide range of knowledge about software, hardware, networks, etc
- Able to track and manage issues
- Provide users with assistance on computer hardware. software or applications.
- Help the user solve specific problems.
- Understanding the problems and conducting diagnosis.
- Escalating problems through Technical Support levels as needed.
- Issue tracking and recording in Technical Support log.
- Communicate issues and produce reports to PMU
